Fluxaf Paint stripper

Fluxaf Green is an environmentally friendly paint stripper for indoor and outdoor use. It removes paint and decorative plasters on surfaces such as concrete, wood, metals, copper and natural stone.

How to use Fluxaf Green?

When using a brush or roller it is important to stir to get the correct thickness. We recommend using a natural bristle brush. Some plastic brushes can react to Fluxaf Green. Nylon, on the other hand, will not be affected.
Fluxaf Green is a stable product, but if it has been stored for a long time, you may need to stir before use.
Fluxaf Green is easy to spray airless. Use a nozzle with an opening from 5 mm – 8 mm and a spray angle of 40-50°. Thanks to its unique viscosity and adhesive strength Fluxaf Green does not drip from walls or ceilings!
Fluxaf Green must be applied sufficiently. The layer of Fluxaf needs to be thicker than the paint layer you are removing.
After stripping the removed paint/plaster and paint stripper must be disposed of in accordance with the locally applicable guidelines.
Processing time: From 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the type of paint and the thickness of the paint layers. In the case of plaster Fluxaf Green is best left overnight.
The more paint layers there are, a second treatment may be necessary.
Sunlight and strong winds can cause the paint stripper to dry too quickly. In these cases, apply more paint stripper to the dried areas.
Dissolved paint can be removed with a scraper, a brush or with a high-pressure cleaner (60-90°C).
For outside walls: it´s advisable to start at the bottom and work your way up from there.

Always to a test first to see if you get the desired result.

Cleaning: Clean tools with (warm) water.

Precautionary measures: – Use protective gloves and goggles. – Do not inhale the spray from the stripper. – If Fluxaf Green comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. – If swallowed, consult a doctor and take the safety data sheet with you.

Shelf life: Fluxaf Green can be stored for up to 3 years between 10°C and 35°C in the original, unopened packaging.
